FAQs

What does a class include ?

A class typically includes an introduction/warm-up with a few minutes dedicated to relaxation and/or breathing exercises, movement, postures (asanas) and stretches. During the final resting pose, a few minutes are often dedicated to meditation.

I will always guide you during the class, however, I believe in your ability to listen to your own body. You can always come back to a resting pose during the class and/or take any variation you feel comfortable with.

Who can attend the classes ?

You!

Everybody is welcome! My classes are open to anyone who wishes to practice yoga. I teach from beginners to more advanced levels and my class sizes are smaller so I can provide more individual attention. When it comes to yoga, there is no such thing as “being not good enough”. I want my classes to feel like a safe place, free of judgement and comparison 😊

What do you need to bring ?

Comfortable clothes, a mat/towel, water and an open mind.

How long are the classes ?

Each class is one hour long excepted lunch time classes which run for 45 minutes.

What is the difference between Yoga Flow and Gentle Yoga ?

Both type of classes are vinyasa yoga. The difference is in the pace. Gentle yoga classes are done at a slower pace that allows you to learn and practice with more confidence.

Where are the classes held?

Classes are held in in Hyde Park in Sydney CBD. See the red dot on the picture.
