My Yoga Journey

I am Virginia, originally from France and currently living in Sydney, Australia. I started my professional career working in external audit and corporate finance in both Paris and Sydney. It was a great learning experience, but in the last few years, I had a feeling that something was missing, something that could make an impact in my life. This is when my own yoga journey began.

I have now practiced yoga for over 9 years and fell in love with not only the practice but also the mindset of this discipline. As a result, in the beginning of my thirties, I quit my job and signed up for the yoga teacher training.

This has been an amazing life experience and I discovered myself enjoying teaching. Through the training, I have acquired knowledge about posture, meditation and breathing techniques that I would love to share with you today.

As a person, I have a passion for bringing happiness to others and supporting their physical and mental health. I am motivated, spontaneous and love to spread positivity around me. I believe yoga is an ideal medium for instilling these virtues in people and it fills me with joy to know that my class has made someone smile.

I believe I bring an enthusiasm and passion to my classes and additionally, with my French origin, I hope to be able to help you “travel” a little bit and acknowledge that “la vie est belle”.
