Lunch break - Stretches and Yoga Nidra

Hi yogis,

Join me for a 30 minutes stretching and yoga nidra session over lunch time.

The session will start with 10 minutes stretching's exercises to gently move the body before lying down on the floor for the yoga nidra. Yoga nidra, also called "yogic sleep", is a form of meditation and deep relaxation technique. Anyone can do yoga nidra. All you have to do is lie down on the floor/mat/bed/couch (possibility to stay seated if you prefer).

I would recommend you to take a jumper or a blanket/scarf to cover you during the yoga nidra.

The class will be host on zoom. The password will be sent by email.
