What is the Change & Cancellation Policy?

You can modify or cancel your booking at any time free of charge if it is made at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time. If cancellations/reschedule or no shows occur after this time, 100% of the treatment price will be charged.

The same policies apply to booking made using gift cards.
